She was predeceased by: her parents, John Roper and Nannie Roper (Fox); her husband John J. Walker, Sr.; her siblings, John, James, Celena Carter, Francis Grantham, Mary Mason and Velda Brown; and her grandchild Terry Lee.

She is survived by: her children, Elizabeth Diggs (Harlan), John J. Walker, Jr., Terry L. Walker (Margaret) and Michael T. Walker (Vicky); her grandchildren, Melissa, Jeffrey (Samantha), John (Kristen), Philip and Kevin; and her great grandchildren, Sydney, Destiny, Tyren, Isabella, Brooklyn, Rylan and Kylan.

In lieu of flowers contributions should be made to Hospice of the Panhandle.
