He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Seal and Helen Seal Sr.; and his brother Joseph Seal Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Linda L. Seal; his siblings, Darlene Springer and James Seal; his sister-in-law Brenda Seal; his children, Roger A. Seal (Jolene) and Laura Bartles (T. L.); his grandchildren, Blair, Brooke Seal, Shayla Kees (Ethan) and Autumn Pritt (Adam); and his great grandchildren, Liam and Eli Kees.
