He was predeceased by: his parents, Denver Raymond and Dorsie Mae Smith Glass. He is survived by: his wife Betty Lou McBride Glass; his children, Charmaine Parent (Steven), Richard Glass (Jennifer Antonella) and Kara Thomas (George); his grandchildren, Reilly Parent, Alyssa Thomas, Shelby Parent, Ethyn Thomas (Sarah), Elayna Thomas, Jordan Glass, Kailyn Thomas, Ashton Glass, Cortt Glass and Megan Farr (Craig); and his siblings, Paul Glass (Gay), Charles Glass (Grace), Ollie Glass (Joanne) and Dareen Angell (David). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins and numerous friends.
