She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd A. Berry, Sr. and Elizabeth Neva Berry (Buracker); and her siblings, Mary Thomas, Margaret Plata, Robert Buracker, Sr., Lloyd Berry, Jr. and Richard Berry.
She is survived by: her husband James Ronald Mathis; her daughters, Tamila F. O'Neill (Cricket) of Martinsburg, Rhonda A. Mathis of Martinsburg, Donnie of Martinsburg and Lisa M. Davis (Tim) of Martinsburg; her siblings, Jeanne Mignot (Dean) of Clearfield, Doris Franklin of Kearneysville and Daniel Seal (Debbie) of Harpers Ferry; her siblings-in-law, Kathleen Berry and Rosendo Plata; and her pet Sami. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren.
