He was predeceased by: his parent Arthur Clark "Skip" Elliott; his grandfather Pastor Clark Elliott; and his grandson Kevin Huff. He is survived by: his parent Pearl Elizabeth Moyer Elliott of Kearneysville; his wife Vicki Gay Penwell Elliott; his son Jason Whittington; his significant other Peggy Barton of Clearbrook, VA; his daughter Shannon Huff of Middleway; his brothers, Arthur "Scott" Elliott of Kearneysville and Danny Palmer; his grandchildren, Valerie, Brooke, Jayden and Justin; and his great grandchildren, Ashton, Kamden, Braiden, Mark, Bentli and Tony. He is also survived by numerous extended family members and friends.
