He is survived by: his wife Helen Ann Plotner; and his children, Richard William Plotner (Tammy), RVers, David Wayne Plotner of Kearneysville, WV, Joseph Wayne Plotner (Tammy) of Kearneysville, WV and Barbara Jean Rickard (Charlie) of Martinsburg, WV. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren, nine great grandchildren and eleven brothers and sisters.
