It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Elwood William Plotner of Kearneysville, West Virginia, who passed away on November 13, 2022, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Plotner and Beulah Plotner (Frick); and his daughter Dottie Ann Nichols (Plotner). He is survived by: his wife Helen Ann Plotner; and his children, Richard William Plotner (Tammy), RVers, David Wayne Plotner of Kearneysville, WV, Joseph Wayne Plotner (Tammy) of Kearneysville, WV and Barbara Jean Rickard (Charlie) of Martinsburg, WV. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren, nine great grandchildren and eleven brothers and sisters.
