She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Gilbert and Marguerite Hampson Gilbert; her husband Walter Collins; her daughter Joan Laux; and her siblings, Lee, Bill, Jack Gilbert, Mary Fallon, Marge Petruccelli and Annette Gilbert.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Bomgardner, Mary Elizabeth Day and Margaret "Peggy" Mackey; and her grandchildren, Jessica, Tracy, Kelly, Samantha and Nicholas. She is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
