He was predeceased by: his parents, William Franklin Willingham, Sr. and Elsie V. Willingham (Seal). He is survived by: his siblings, Denise Poole, Kimberly D. Newman (Channing), William Franklin Willingham, Jr. and Tony James Willingham. He is also survived by two uncles, one aunt, two nieces, three nephews, great nieces and many cousins and friends.
