She was predeceased by: her parents, Philip Henry Perks and Ethel Virginia Slusher Perks; her husband Marion Allen Blue; and her siblings, Philip, Clifton "Bill" Perks, Betty Rutherford and Jean Giffith.
She is survived by: her daughters, Kathy J. Dilley (Wes) of Charles Town and Tracey A. Dilley (Winston) of Leetown; and her grandchildren, Chad Dilley (Angie Donatone) of Charle Town and Erin Milton (Alex) of Kabletown.
