He is survived by: his sons, James Kinley of Middleway, WV, Terry Kinley (Marcia) of Frederick, MD and William Kinley (Rachel) of Bunker Hill, WV; his grandchildren, Jeffrey, Heather, Travis, Trevor, Michael, Arian and Mariah; and his great grandchildren, Blake, Bryce, Beale, Burke, Carter, Mike, Jr., Joel, Eli, Kai, Valerie, Tylor, Alex and Dezire.
