He was predeceased by: his parents, James Long, Sr. and Ethel Dillow Long; his siblings, Pam Price and Greg Long (Gigi); and his niece Misty Barron.
He is survived by: his siblings, Lou Poole (Bob), Kay Warner (Sterling McDowell), Tina Wildman (Dan), Jimmy Long, Sam Long (Bonnie), Pat Long (Clara Marple) and Roger Long (Sharon). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
