We are sad to announce that on July 19, 2023, at the age of 78, Carroll Shutts of Kearneysville, West Virginia, born in Martinsburg, West Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Grover Eugene Shutts and Nancy Dalgarn Shutts of Virginia; and his brothers, William Shutts and Richard Shutts. He is survived by: his wife Muriel Elizabeth Clark Shutts; his children, Matt Russell, Ronnie Shutts, Allen Shutts, Tina DeLauder and Tammy Morris; and his brother Jerry Shutts. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren; twelve great grandchildren.
