He was predeceased by: his parents, James Whitton Stotler and Stella Betts Stotler of Virginia; his daughter Tracey L. Stotler; his siblings, Clarence, RIchard, Jimmy Stotler, Brenda L., Bertha Stotler and Carol "Cookie" Rhodenhaver; and his niece Patty A. Stotler.

He is survived by: his sons, Timothy W. of Martinsburg and Bobby Lee Stotler of Martinsburg; and his sisters, Betty Hodgson and Bonnie Campbell. He is also survived by six grandchildren.
