He is survived by: his sister Wilma Mullins (Howell) of Wharncliffe; his niece Savannah Mullins of Williamson; his nephews, Skyler Mullins (Shawna Hicks) of Williamson, Travis of Gilbert and Dustin Blankenship of Gilbert; his great-nieces, Devona Blankenship of Gilbert and Skyla Mullins of Williamson; his great-nephew Douglas "Douggie" Mullins of Williamson; and his former wife Dimple Howell (Mounts) of Verner. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
