He is survived by: his parent Mary Ellis (Crosby); his children, Sherry Cantrell (Chopper) of Hurricane, W. V and Steven Joshua Ellis of Bruno, W. V; his siblings, Donald Ellis (Carol) of Creston, Paul Ellis (Brenda) of Florida, Ruth Ann Brown (Herman) of Greenville, W. V, Carla Hall (Johnny) of Man, W. V, JoAnn Grimmett (Phillip) of Verner, W. V, Dorothy "Tootsie" Porter of Greenville, W. V and Tammy Simpson (Jerry) of Greenville, W. V; his grandchildren, Mandy Hatfield (Gary), Joshua Cantrell, Rayland "Savannah" Ellis, Bryson Huff, Jerry Dale Ellis II, Miley Sky Ellis and Madison Jade Ellis; his great grandchild Ian Blake Hatfield; his significant other John Heflin; and also Pizza. He is also survived by friends at Gilbert Church of God; many nieces and nephews, along with a host of other dear family and friends.
