He is survived by: his wife Judith Lynn Watts (Perry); his children, Teresa Toler (Dave) of Justice, WV and Edward Watts Jr. (Rhonda) of Gas City, IN; his grandchildren, Garrett Mostowski (Sarah) of Detroit, MI., Savannah Watts, Kassie Keuterman (Kyle) of Marion, IN., Brian K Cline, Jr. of Hardy, KY and Emily Cline of Barboursville, WV; his great grandchildren, Kate, Naima Mostowski, Annabelle, Fred Cline, Grant and Claire Etta Keuterman; and his brothers, Mark Watts (Carol) of Anderson, SC. and Virgil Hackney (Marge). He is also survived by relatives and friends.
