He was predeceased by: his parents, William Norman Hayes and Judith Marie Barber Hayes; and his siblings, Carolyn, Kenneth and William, Jr. (Hayes).
He is survived by: his spouse Isazetta Rosier; his children, Heather Ross of Junior and Jennings Rosier (Candis) of Ashtabula, OH; his brother James Hayes of Baltimore, MD; his grandchildren, Danielle Gray, Jarred Gray, Grant Gray, Emmersyn Rosier, Ayble Rosier, Ayden Gear and Kendryc Carmello; his nieces and nephews, Patricia Harthausen (Joe), Crystal Malloy (Randy), Ashley Hayes, Wendy Hayes, Jeremy Hayes, William Hayes and Robert Hayes; and his close friend John Holmes.
