With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Loma Fae Hawkins Skinner of Junior, West Virginia, born in Mabie, West Virginia, who passed away on April 30, 2022 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Obed Hawkins and Edith Hawkins; her husband Albert Harvey Keith Skinner; and her children, Barbara Fisher (Jim), Danny Skinner, Christina Wright (Dave), Randy Skinner (Maritza), Pamela Moore, Charles Skinner (Mary) and Mark Skinner (Kimberley).
