He is survived by: his parent Grace Olive Watson Shifflett; his children, Annie Pritt (Jeff), Mickey Shifflett of Junior, Richard Shifflett (Nikie) of North Carolina and Wesley Shifflett of Junior; his stepchildren, Michael Armstrong of Elkins and Joey Armstrong of Pennsylvania; and his brother Jessie Shifflet (Janet) of Junior. He is also survived by grandchildren, and two great grandchildren.
