He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James Reese and Patsy Ruth Dillard Turner; his wife Kathy Leash; his children, Patrick Turner of Elkins, Jesse Turner (Lacy) of Gold Hill, NC, Donald Turner Jr. of Concord, NC, Billy Turner of Romney, WV, Christine Whitaker (Josh) of Buckhannon, Samantha Lane (Daniel) of Fort Blackmore, VA and Krista Warner of Junior; and his siblings, Vanessa Phelps of Elk Ridge, MD, Tammy Parker of Glenn Burnie, MD. and Billy Turner.
Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic face coverings are required in the funeral home while paying your respects.
