She was predeceased by: her parents, George Russell and Vergie Mae Posey Fisher; her husband Milford Leale Row; and her siblings, Peggy West, Betty Taylor, Roy Fisher and Jimmy Fisher.
She is survived by: her children, Milford "Doug" Row (Angie) of Philippi and Marsha J. Harris (Phil) of Junior; her brother Ron Fisher (Gwen) of Jane Lew; and her grandchildren, Zachary Harris, Jessica Wolfe (Gavin), Alfred Isch and Nathan Row.
The family asks that in lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Heart and Hand Ministries, 107 South Main St Philippi, WV 26416.
