He is survived by: his significant other Ruth "Liz" Tolliver Pack; his daughters, Sherry Canaday (JC) of Jumping Branch and Rebecca Pack of Jumping Branch; his grandchildren, Autumn Whittaker and Aidan Whittaker; his siblings-in-law, Stephen "Enoch" Tolliver (Betty) of Bardstown, KY and Martha Pack (Delso) of Jumping Branch; his sons, Andrew Williams, Basil Miller of Hinton and Weiner; his pet Sheba; and his siblings, Connie Lilly, Mark Pack and Kent Pack.
In lieu of flowers, donations of water, snacks, books and or magazines can be made to the Carl Larson Cancer Center in Beckley.
