He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred W. Williams and Lola Mae Via Williams; his wife Odelta Linnie "Tootie" Williams; and his siblings, Freddie Williams Jr., Billy Joe Williams, Franklin Delano Williams, Edith Marie Williams and Gladys Margaret Carter.
He is survived by: his children, Judy G. Lilly (Ronnie) of Jumping Branch and Harold A. "Mule" Williams Jr. (Elizabeth) of Jumping Branch; and his grandchildren, Randy, Curtis Lilly, Melissa Hartwell, Kim Buckland and Ashley Lucas. He is also survived by fourteen great grandchildren; four great great grandchildren; several nieces, nephews and cousins.
