She was predeceased by: her parents, William Carl Ransom and Rhoda Logan Ransom of Shady Spring; her husband Ulysses S. Lilly; her sons, Charlie Arthur, Mitchell Arthur, Donald Arthur and David Lilly; and her siblings, Clacy, James, Buren, Huey, Clayton, Loris Ray Ransom and Bernice Lowery.
She is survived by: her children, Anthony Neal Lilly of Ellison Ridge, WV, William Lilly (Sandra) of Warm Springs, VA, Patricia Mengerink of Roanoke, VA and Nancy Layne of Alabama; her daughters-in-law, Charlene Arthur of Dawn, VA and Kay Lilly of Chester, VA; and her sisters, Lois Redden (Dophen) of Shady Spring, WV and Wanda Ransom of Daniels, WV..
Facial coverings and social distancing will be observed as mandated by the Governor of the State of WV.
