He was predeceased by: his parents, Abdel Hamilton and Gertrude Mae Rollyson Lilly; his wife Carol Fay Cooper Lilly; and his brothers, David P. Lilly, Frank P. "Doc" Lilly, Richard Paul Lilly and Alonzo Lee Lilly.
He is survived by: his children, Kathleen K. Pack, Karen D. Lilly, John A. Lilly (Brenda) and Danny R. Lilly (Mandy); and his brothers, Luther C. Lilly and Donald R. Lilly (Brenda).
