He was predeceased by: his parents, James Topping and Sarah Topping; his grandparents, Kyle, Anna Topping, William and Beulah Moore; his son William Lewis "Wease" Topping; his siblings, Gaynel Duran and Dale Topping; his brother-in-law Barry Browning; and his parents-in-law, Lewis and Nadine Browning.
He is survived by: his close friend Jennifer Butler; the mother of his children Sherry Topping; his sons, Timothy James Topping (Chelsey) and Nicholas Mark Topping; his stepchildren, Dakota Bowman and Emilie Sexton; his daughter-in-law Stacey Topping; his siblings, Janet Windes Davis and Lyle Topping; his brother-in-law Randy Browning (Sheila Gail Good); and his grandchildren, Sawyer Lewis Topping, Violet Elise Topping, Audrey Jane Topping, Kevin Cook, Charles Elkins and Kiaro Orr.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that contributions be made to Freeman Funeral Home to help with arrangements.
