She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Brown and Lenora Elmore Stewart Brown. She is survived by: her husband Herald E. Fowler; her children, Lenora Slater Tucker (Greg) of Kentucky, William F. Slater, Jr. of Teays Valley, WV, Della Wilson of Teays Valley, WV and Ruth Slater of Teays Valley, WV; and her siblings, Claude Brown of Ironton, OH and Naomi Meninger of Gassaway, WV. She is also survived by five grandchildren; and two great grandchildren.
