He was predeceased by: his wife Shelia Ramey; his father Joe Ramey; his stepmother Louella Ramey; and his stepbrothers, Woody Richardson and Leon Holstein.
He is survived by: his son Adam Ramey (Katrina) of Mt. Airy, NC; his granddaughters, Jordan Robinson (Kyle) of Tifton, GA and Shaylynn Ramey of Mt. Airy, NC; his siblings, Evonda Browning (Alvin "Slick") of Wharton, WV and Bob Ramey (Sue) of Pedro, OH; and his pet Tidbit.
