He was predeceased by: his parents, Sidney Allen and Mearl Allen. He is survived by: his children, Crystal Clay (Mark) of Julian, WV and Calvin Allen (Allyson) of Columbus, OH; and his grandchildren, Jacob, Hayley Clay of Julian, WV and Ava Allen. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
