It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shelby Mullins (Jolo, West Virginia), who passed away on June 14, 2019, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Mack Mullins and Mae Brewster Mullins; his son Derick Taylor Mullins; and his siblings, Ira, Fred, Raymond, Mackie, Johnny Mullins, Lula Belle Webb and Nancy Jean Lester.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Ann Payne Mullins of Jolo, WV; his son Eric Mack Mullins (Linda) of Abingdon, VA; his sister Mona Jean Kennedy of Jolo, WV.; and his grandson Brandon Taylor Mullins. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
