With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Shannon Keith Mullins of Jolo, West Virginia, born in Richlands, Virginia, who passed away on November 9, 2021 at the age of 47. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Chester Mullins; and his grandparents, Nancy Mae (Keene), Mose Mullins, Roma (Vance) and George Payne.

He is survived by: his mother Patty Mullins (Payne) of Jolo, WV; and his sister Tammy Dobbs. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.

Face masks or coverings are strongly encouraged.
