She is survived by: her children, Tiny Vance of Jolo, WV, Kathy Whitt (Jerry) of Pineville, WV, Richard Kennedy of Jolo, WV and Dale Kennedy of Jolo, WV; her sister Sylvia Vogel (Ken) of Palm Coast, FL.; and her grandchildren, Rocky Vance, Christy Kennedy, Jerry Whitt (Crystal), Tasha Kennedy, Tyler Vance, Melina Lawson, Shiania Franklin and Tyler Lockhart. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
