He was predeceased by: his parents, Elzie Allen and Lovis Stacy Allen; his wife Juanita Rowe Allen; his siblings, Billy Allen, Herman Allen and Thelma Allen; and his great great grandchild Aaron Shane Dobbs II.
He is survived by: his children, Larry Allen (Kathy) of Jolo, WV, Johnny Allen (Brenda) of Lebanon, TN, Terry Allen of Lebanon, TN and Debbie Kennedy (Kenneth) of Jolo, WV; his grandchildren, Becky Dobbs, Justin Allen, Johnny Ray Allen Jr., Heather Allen, Mary Katelan Keene, Hope Kennedy, Misty Allen and Devon Meier; his great grandchildren, Courtney Kennedy, Shane, Austin, Hunter Dobbs, Genesis, Gage Allen, Quinn Allen, Adam, Zack Chapman, Cody, Cierra Aust, A. J. Fazio, Kallaonee Perry, Emery Keene, Clive, Ellis, Emily and Ira Meier; his great great grandchildren, Brayden, Weston, Natalie Kennedy, Autumn, Aubrey and Lucas Dobbs; and his siblings, Everett Allen of Jolo, WV, Willie Allen (Pat) of Mt.
