He is survived by: his significant other Phyllis Honaker of Jolo, WV; his children, Kimberly Justice Fowler (Terry) of Granite Falls, NC, June Allison Justice of Creedmoon, NC, Debra Justice Simmons (Dennis) of Hudson, NC and Ira Alan Justice (Carina) of Walnut Cove, NC; his stepchildren, George Honaker (Michelle), Seberina Elswick (Bobby) and Denise Fish; his sisters, Edna Paryla, Lucille Christian (Buddy) and June Horn; and his close friends, Vicki, Donald Allen, Herbert Payne, Randy Dobbs, Greg Hatfield, Chester Mullins, Chester Ball, Curtis Hagerman, Ricky Kennedy and Benny Londy. He is also survived by ten grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren, several nieces, nephews.
