He was predeceased by: his parents, Ryley Edward and Causby Naville Moore Collier; the mother of his children Sandra Lynn Cole; his granddaughter Megan Pennley; his siblings, Daniel Collier, Derwood Collier, E. B. Pete Collier, Shirley Bartlett and Sharon Collier; and his nephew Andy Hattabough.
He is survived by: his children, Jennifer Blakely (Kenny Ray) of Jolo, WV, Samantha Honaker of Gary, WV and Tracy Collier (Martha) of Panther, WV; his siblings, Jim "Bud" Collier (Pat) of Indiana, Sue Adams (Bill) of Indiana, Nancy Copper (Bob) of Indiana, Kathy "Dale" Fuchs (Mike) of Indiana and Astor "Pam" Hattabaugh (Stanley) of Indiana; and his siblings-in-law, Cheryl Collier and Jerry Bartlett. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren, two step-grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, two great-grandchildren on the way, several nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and friends.
