He was predeceased by: his parents, Hursty Day and Christine Mitchell Day; and his brother Hursty David Day. He is survived by: his wife Tonya Kay Day; his grandson Donathan Blaine Addair; his children, Brandi LeAnn Puckett of Richlands, VA and Dennis Lewis Day (DL); his grandchildren, Landon, Leenix and Layla of Lebanon, VA; his siblings, Jerry Day (Ginger) of Jolo, WV and Christy Collins (Cheyenne) of Statesville, NC; and his sister-in-law Tawnya Day of Troutman, NC. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
Services will be held in accordance with Covid-19 guidelines, mask are to be worn by all attending and social distancing is to be practiced with no more than 25 people in attendance.
