He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Allen and Edna Blankenship Allen; his daughter Kimberly Lee Allen; and his siblings, Freddie Allen and Linda Allen.
He is survived by: his wife Julia Whitaker Allen; his son Jeff (Melinda Allen) of Narrows, VA; his grandchildren, Cora Brooke Allen, Raylan Gage Allen, Bryce (Emma Richardson) and Medariah Richardson; and his brothers, Donald (Vicky Allen), Jerry Allen of Jolo, Paul (Sharon Allen) of Lorton, VA and Steve (Sherry Allen). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, February 9th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Family Worship Center (12645 Marshall Hwy, Jolo, WV 24850). A funeral service was held on Sunday, February 9th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
