She was predeceased by: her parents, George Vance and Myrtle Vance (Hagerman); her husband Dan Stacy; her grandsons, Anthony Lester and Kevin Stacy; her great grandchild Bryson Stacy; her siblings, Vester Vance, Glen Vance, Albert Vance, Hershel Vance and Nancy Banners; and her parents-in-law, Lawson and Irene Stacy.
She is survived by: her children, Jerry Stacy (Marilyn) of Jolo, WV, Elizabeth Lester (Edgar) of Paynesville, WV, Ronnie Stacy (Vickie) of Jolo, WV, Brenda Cooper (Leonard) of Jolo, WV, Danny Stacy (Lisa) of Beartown, WV, Gary Stacy (Marsha) of Iaeger, WV and Pam Weaver (Freddie) of Grundy, VA; her siblings, Freddie Vance of Jolo, WV, Eugene Vance of Bland, VA, Wayne Vance of Jolo, WV, Mary Kennedy (Thedo) of Paynesville, WV, Geneva Hawks of Capac, Georgia Shackelford of Smithfield, VA and Rosie Vandyke of War, WV; and her grandsons, Leonard Cooper, Danny Stacy, Daniel Stacy, Ronnie Stacy, Ethan Stacy, Gary Stacy, Nathan Lester, Kyler Lawson, Justin Weaver, Mason Vanover and Tyler Vanover. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, two-step-grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, 3 step-great-grandchildren, six great-great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 23rd 2024 at 6:00 PM at the Christ Church. A funeral service was held on Tuesday, December 24th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
