He is survived by: his wife Patricia Obermeyer Baker of Jolo, WV; his children, Alvie Baker, Jr. of Clemins, NC, Edna Roberts of Statesville, NC and Pamela Kennedy (Brad) of Hanover, WV; his siblings, Estel Baker (Naomi) of Ashboro, NC, Dale Baker (Patty Noel) of Pecks Mill, WV, Darrel Baker (Peggy) of Chapmanville, WV, Charlie Reed (Darlene) of Statesville, NC and Carol O'Quinn of Oakwood, VA; his sister-in-law Joan Vanmeeter; his grandchildren, Megan Morgan (Justin), Tyler Kennedy (Darah), Wyatt Alvie Baker, Donathan Addair and Hannah Mounts; his great grandchildren, Kinley Morgan, Remi Morgan and Easton Kennedy; and his siblings-in-law, Mary Studabaker, Barbara Markel (Dean), Cathy Steele (Alvin), Larry Wade (Patricia), Thomas Obermeyer (Betty), Joseph Obermeyer (Michelle) and Jeffery Obermeyer (Courtney).
