She is survived by: her parent Alice Louise Smith Price; her sons, Shannon Stutler of Weirton, WV and James Stutler of Wintersville, OH; her grandchildren, Heather Stutler, Zach Stutler and Elise Stutler; and her siblings, Darlene White of New Cumberland, WV, Joyce Manley of Steubenville, OH, Kim Evans, David Price of Steubenville, OH and Charles Price of Mingo Junction, OH.. She is also survived by her kids, grandkids, her two girl cats.
