He was predeceased by: his parents, Mark Rogers and Jessie Rogers (Conner); his wife Alicia Mae Rogers (Cooper); his daughter Sondra Lea Poleway; and his brother Robert C. Rogers.
He is survived by: his children, Cynthia Ann VanDyke of Morgantown, WV, Susan Lynn Rogers of Morgantown, WV, Beverly Kay Rogers of Buckhannon, WV and William Mark Rogers II of Jane Lew, WV; his grandchildren, Teri Dalton, Mark VanDyke, Kristen Davis, Brian Poleway, Megan Fitch, Sean Fitch, Braunson Rogers, Rhiannon Rogers and Skylar Gullo; and his great grandchildren, Paige, Wyatt, Kylie, Lacey, Olivia and Sophia.
