With heavy hearts, we announce the death of William Murphy of Jane Lew, West Virginia, who passed away on October 27, 2022 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward "Ed" Murphy and Mary Baker Murphy Givens; and his brother Thomas "Johnny" Murphy. He is survived by: his wife Linda Hufford Murphy; his children, Lisa Watson (Chris) of Clarksburg, Frankie Kelley (Gilbert "Gib") of Bridgeport and William "Eddie" Murphy (Kelly) of Belington; his grandchildren, Brad, Jerry, Dominique, Brennan, Devon, Gabe, Aiden and Colin; his great grandchildren, Hayven, Kora and Sawyer; his siblings-in-law, Melody Palmer, Pat Hufford, Nina Smith Hufford and Don Hufford; and his aunt Betty Merritt. He is also survived by loving uncle to cherished nieces and nephews.
