She was predeceased by: her parent Oath Stout; and her siblings, Edna Suttle, Inez Ellyson, Howard, Henry, Benny, Dick Stout and Betty McClung.
She is survived by: her parent Blanch Marie Smith Stout; her husband Arthur D. Wine; her children, Donna Lynn Moore of Buckhannon, Vicki Joan Blake (Larry) of Horner and Linda Sue Weaver of Weston; her grandchildren, Mitchell Blake, Joshua Blake, Morgan Moore, Tyler Weaver and Keith Weaver; and her great grandchildren, Kiarra, Kylie, Kinley, Gavlin, Malana and Sara VanScoy.
