He is survived by: his grandparents, Steven Sprouse, Mary Francis Williams, Theodore Leroy O'Connell and Naoma O'Connell; his sister Lakyn Curtis; his grandparents, William Everett of Jane Lew, Connie O'Connell of Jane Lew and Marla Sprouse of Jane Lew; and also, Beagle and Jude.
