She is survived by: her husband David Gene Starkey; her children, Marilyn Danby (Bo) of Kevil, KY, Teresa Hathaway (Greg) of Weston and Jimmy Lee Jenkins of Jane Lew; her grandchildren, Michael, Danielle, Tiffany, Stacy, Rachel, Julie, John, Amanda, Meredith, Gina, Logan, Tommy, Mattie and Kenesha; her brothers, John Richards (Patty) of Mansfield, OH, Jimmy Richards of Jane Lew, James Hoffman (Sarah) and Britiny Warnick; and her friends, Mavis Riffle, Betty Hornbeck and Connie Carpenter. She is also survived by twenty-five great-grandchildren; one great-great-granddaughter.
