He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert T. Paugh and Theodosia Frazier Paugh. He is survived by: his children, Barbara Sue Leatherman (Bob Moore) of Clarksburg, Robert Lynn Paugh (Tina) and Edward Ray Paugh (Theresa) of Jane Lew; his grandchildren, Susanne Walker (Andy) of Clarksburg, Nicole Parrish (Jason) of Bridgeport, Janelle Bailey (Adam) of Chesapeake, VA, Jason Paugh (Ronda) of Fairmont, John Paugh (Jennifer) of Jane Lew, Gabrielle Payne (Scott) of Mathias and Nathanael Kelley (Nicole) of Timberville, VA.; his siblings, Mary Lou Curry of Jane Lew, Brooks Paugh and Barbara Ann Paugh; and his son-in-law Denver Kelley.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Pleasant Hill United Methodist Church in Kincheloe where Bob was a lifetime member and his soul felt at home.
