He was predeceased by: his parents, June William and Bertha Marie Clark Allman; his wife Leona Mae Beeson; his siblings, William Allman, Rose Kovach, Carol Hicks, Shirley Allman, Mildred Jenson, Melva Ehrnschwender, Helen Wilds, Mary Dennison, Bernard and Bernadine Allman; and his daughter-in-law Bonnie Allman.

He is survived by: his children, Robert "Bobby" Allman of Jane Lew, Stephen "Steve" Allman (Patty) of Jane Lew, Pamela Honeycutt (Dave) of Morgantown and Malissa White (Jeff) of Weston; his grandchildren, Amber Wilson (Jeff), Robert "Todd" Allman (Robin), Brian Allman (Marisa Meadows), Amy Foster (Brad), Kenny Honeycutt (Kacey), Kevin Honeycutt (Holly), Keith Honeycutt (Stephanie), Brandon White and Justin White; his great grandchildren, Robert "Connor", Gunnar, Landon, Madison, Brayden, Brody, Bentley, Blake and Lilith; his brothers, Rodney Allman of Jane Lew and James Allman of Buckhannon; and also Beth.
