He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Paul and Kathleen Beachler Forinash; and his sisters, Mary Ann Sleigh and Willa Mae Morrison. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Ann Forinash (Glover) of Jane Lew; his daughters, Kimberly Hinter (Ronnie) of Bendale and Jennifer Myers (Gerry) of Weston; his grandsons, Derek Vankirk (Alyssa) of Beaver Falls, PA, Justin Myers of Alpharetta, GA and Jared Myers of Weston; and his great grandchildren, Sophie and Greyson Vankirk.
