She was predeceased by: her parent Paul Theodore Youtzy; her husband Frederick David Gooden Jr.; her sisters, Thelma Bennett and Jerry Gladwell; and her son Lester Gooden.
She is survived by: her parent Margaret Alice Jones Youtzy; and her children, David Gooden (Jane), Harold Gooden Sr. (Sandra), Eldoris "Boo" Gooden (Linda), Tom Gooden (Shiela), Daniel Gooden, Robert Gooden Sr. (Cindy), Elsie Ford, Mary Ann Lipscomb (Bud), Vi "Sis" Carter, Rose Crocker, Robin Harper and Elsie "Pickle" Matheny (Lynn). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
