He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Wilson Buckner and Ada Lorraine Hall Winters; his grandfather John Daniel Ward; his significant other Tonya Ward; his close friend Tonya Ward of Jane Lew; his brother Phillip B. Winters (Betty Lou) of Elizabeth, WV; his nieces, Janet Spaur (David) of Mineral Wells, WV, Anita Hoover (Scott) of Elizabeth, WV and Lisa G. Fulmer of Edmond, OK; and his great-grandparent Layton Jones.
